针对在水平井固井工程中,现场经常采用的"上提下冲"下套管作业方法是否安全问题,用能量守恒原理,建立了"上提下冲"下套管作业方法的力学计算模型,并通过室内模拟实验验证了计算模型的准确性,应用这一计算模型通过实例计算出了下冲力的数值,经过与套管强度值的比较,得出了如下结论:这种下套管作业方法既可有效地克服水平井下套管阻力,又不会对套管产生难以接受的损伤,是一种可行的水平井下套管作业方法。
"Lift and free fall"casing running method was often used in the horizontal well cementing engineering,but whether this method is safety or not was not answered yet. Based on the principle of conservation of energy,the mechanics models of"lift and free fall"casing running method was established,and indoor simulation experiment was carried out which proved this models was correct. Using this mechanics models,the maximum impulsive force was calculated according to the real casing data on site,comparing with the casing strength value,the following conclusions were drawn: this casing running method not only can effectively overcome the casing running resistance,but also won't produce unacceptable damage to casing. It is a kind of feasible casing running method.
