用于重型车道路排放测量的车载法在测试样本量、测试路况顺序和路况构成比例方面具有不确定性。为研究这些不确定因素,选取两辆重型柴油车进行道路排放测试,依据功基窗口法分析其对整车NO_x比排放的影响程度。研究结果表明,针对不同ETC循环功倍数的测试样本量,车辆1和车辆2的各样本量NO_x比排放分别有0.216,0.408 g/(k W·h)的波动;测试路况顺序的差异会导致车辆1和车辆2的NO_x比排放分别有0.854,0.438 g/(k W·h)的波动;路况构成比例允许的±5%偏差内,高速路况占比50%,且市区路况占比25%时,NO_x比排放最高,而高速路况占比60%时最低。两种路况构成比例下车辆1和车辆2的NO_x比排放分别有0.45,0.18 g/(k W·h)的降低。
On-board method which used for heavy-duty vehicles on road emission measurement has uncertainty in test sample, sequence of road test conditions and proportion of test road conditions. Two heavy-duty diesel vehicles are selected to do road emission test, according to average window method to analysis the influence degree of these uncertain factors on vehicle NO_x emissions calculation results. Results show that for test samples of different ETC cycle power, calculation results of vehicle 1 and 2 have 0.216 and 0.408 g/(k W·h) fluctuations respectively. Testing sequence difference will lead to that two tested vehicles have 0.854 and 0.438 g/(k W·h) fluctuations respectively. The proportion of test conditions within ±5% deviation, NO_x specific emission of highway accounted for 50% and urban road accounted for 25% is the highest, but highway accounted for 60% is the lowest, work-based window NO_x specific emissions of two tested vehicles mean decreased 0.45 and 0.18 g/(k W·h) under these two proportions.
