研究了在不同自然生境条件下人工种植3年生八角金盘的光合生理特性。结果表明,八角金盘在全光照生境条件下其光合日变化属于“双峰”型曲线,且存在光合“午休”现象,原因是由于“气孔限制”,而其他生境条件下则为“单峰”型曲线。随着土壤含水量的增加,八角金盘叶绿素含量和脯氨酸含量均显著降低,脯氨酸含量与其生境光强呈正相关关系。八角金盘适宜生长在适当遮阴、土壤含水量适中的环境中。
The photosynthesis characteristics of Fatsia japonica in different natural habitats were compared.The results showed that in all light habitat, the type of daily change of Pn was with "two apexcurve" pattern,and had "Midday Depression of Photosynthesis" phenomenon because of the stomatal limitation. In the other habitats,its daily change type of Pn was "single apexeurve" pattem.With the increasing of contents of soil water, the contents of chlorophyll and praline were decreased significantly.
