英文摘要：

There are 4 pathways in immune system of animals,including complement system,prophenoloxidase-activating system,blood coagulation and antimicrobial peptide synthesis.The immune system can recognize foreign bodies,play opsonic action,and then kill the pathogens.In recent studies,serine proteinase was found to play an important role in above-mentioned pathways via a series of enzymatic reaction processes.This study summarize the species,structure and function of serine proteinase in these pathways for its further research.
