近年来,在经济全球化深入发展的同时,区域经济一体化也迅猛发展.区域经济合作已经成为各国争夺市场、资源以及能源的重要手段.首先借鉴合作博弈模型提出3个命题,讨论分析中国-东盟区域经济合作互利共赢的充分条件,其次利用贸易结合度指数（TI）和贸易互补性指数（TCI）测度中国-东盟的贸易互补性,从而获取中国-东盟区域经济合作博弈的必要条件,再次从交易成本的视角考量中国-东盟区域经济合作博弈的约束条件,最后基于实证分析结果提出相应的政策建议.

英文摘要：

In recent years, with the development of the economic globalization, regional economic integration has also been developing rapidly. Regional economic cooperation has become an important means for the countries fighting for market, resource and energy. Firstly, the article proposes three propositions through cooperative game model, discusses mutual benefit and win - win sufficient condition of regional economic cooperation between China -ASEAN. Secondly, we estimates China＇ s trade with ASEAN countries complementary by using of trade index （TI） and trade complementarity index （TCI）, which is the China- ASEAN regional economic cooperation necessary condition for the game. Thirdly, we discuss constraints of regional economic cooperation game between China and ASEAN, based on the perspective of transaction cost considerations. Finally, we put forward to corresponding policy based on empirical analysis.
