Toluene diisocyanate （TDI） is an important basic chemical material, has a variety of adverse impact on human body, one of the main bad effects is inducing occupational asthma. This article will give a brief review from T cell differentiation, inflammatory cytokines expression, oxidative stress, inflammatory signal pathway, epigenetic regulation, etc. on the pathogenesis of occupational asthma by TDI.
