大跨张力结构应用越来越普遍,但其施工控制问题很关键而且是个难题.因为张力结构与传统结构不同,需要在施工过程中施加预应力才能使结构具有刚度,并构成一定的形状才能成为结构来承担荷载.因此,需要进行施工模拟分析以确定施工方案及施工过程中结构的状态.这里采用逆分析方法进行模拟分析,计算张力结构的施工过程,可得出施工张拉控制值和施工中各阶段构件的内力、位移、坐标等值.采用计算所得的施工张拉控制值,施工中可一次张拉到位,不需过多调整.通过算例验证了逆分析方法的有效性.
The control problem in construction is a key but difficult problem in the increasingly application of lone-span tensile structures. Tensile structures are different from normal structures because stiffiness of tensile structures comes from prestress which is introduced through construction and certain shales must be formed to bear loadings. So, simulation analysis of construction is necessary for determining the structure states in construction process. The inverse process analysis method is proposed which can simulate tensile structures construction procedure. Through the method, the tensile control value, values of stress, dispiacements, coordinates and so on can be obtained. At the same time, the designed prestress can be obtained through tensioning one time and cable force needn' t to be adjusted many times. Two numerical examples are given in detail. The inverse process analysis method is verified through numerical computation.
