Static and dynamic methods are summarized for estimating performance of anti-fouling coatings in this article.Several experimental devices are also introduced for dynamic estimating function of ocean anti-fouling coatings in the article.We focus on a new estimating device and its distinguishing feature,this dynamic devices are contented with screening and selection at the initial stage of development for new anti-fouling coatings and greatly shorten the circle of developing new products.
