以不同氮素生理效率的两个油菜品种为试验材料,在正常供氮条件下,采用同位素示踪技术方法,研究不同生育期吸收的氮素在体内各器官的分布情况与油菜体内氮素生理效率的关系。结果表明,氮素生理效率高的品种742与氮素生理效率低的品种汇油50相比,叶片和籽粒中的氮素分配比例较大;角果皮中的氮素分配比例较小,氮素再转运量多;茎、根中氮素分配比例相当;叶片始终是最重要的再分配氮素源。
Different nitrogen physiological efficiency oilseed rape were used as experiment materials,the relationship between nitrogen distribution in different organs and nitrogen physiological efficiency were studied under the normal nitrogen supply with 15N trace method.High nitrogen physiological efficiency variety(742) compared with low nitrogen physiological efficiency variety(Huiyou50),it was showed that,nitrogen distribution proportion in leaves and seeds are larger;nitrogen distribution proportion in husk of siquilin are smaller and the amount of nitrogen transportation is bigger;nitrogen distribution proportion in stem and root are corresponding;the most important nitrogen distribution fountain is leaf.
