为开发用于多IGBT并联模块的交直流母排,研究了直流叠层母排和交流汇流母排的杂散参数对多IGBT并联应用时均流特性的影响。首先运用PSPICE软件分析了并联模块中杂散电感对IGBT均流特性的影响,同时利用ANSOFT软件建立了交直流母排各自的有限元模型,并计算了各部分杂散电感值和动态电流偏差率,以评估是否满足应用要求。最后通过对4个IGBT并联模块的工程样机进行双脉冲斩波试验,验证了样机中交直流母排满足使用要求,并通过试验结果与理论计算结果的对比分析验证了文中所述方法对指导多IGBT并联应用中的交直流母排设计的有效性。
In order to design DC and AC bus bar used in IGBT-parallel system, it investigated the influence on the characteristics of balancing current in IGBT-parallel module due to structure and parameters of DC and AC bus bar. Firstly, it applied the PSPICE to analyze the influence of stray inductance on the characteristics of balancing current in IGBT and then used the ANSOFT to bulid up the finite element models for AC and DC bus bar separately, calculating the deviation rate between stray inductance and dynamic current to evaluate whether it could meet the requirements. Finally, it conducted the double pulse chopping test on the engineering prototype 4 IGBT parallel modules to verify that AC and DC bus bar were able to meet the demands. Comparison between experimental results and theoretical results shows the proposed method can guide the design of AC and DC bas bar for multi-IGBT in parallel application.
