为配合下一步浸出作业,针对某含铜3.38%、含钴2.25%的酸浸铜钴渣的矿样性质进行了大量试验研究,来制定浮选工艺。最终选取碳酸钠、丙二醇作为调整剂,BP、羟肟酸作为捕收剂,充分发挥药剂间协同作用,并采取异步分选的方法,提高了精矿的品位,保证了回收率。最终得到综合试验指标为:Cu品位14.97%,Co品位8.42%,Cu回收率91.10%,Co回收率92.18%。
For the next leaching operation,a large number of test study on the acid leaching slag(Cu content of 3.38% and Co content of 2.25%) of Cu-Co ore was conducted to determine the flotation process. Finally,sodium carbonate and propylene glycol were chosen as the regulator,BP and hydroxyl oxime acid as the collector,the regulator and the collector played full synergistic effects. Furthermore,the asynchronous sorting method was applied to enhance the grade of the concentrate and guaranteed the recovery. The fi nal comprehensive test indexes involved Cu grade of 14.97%,Co grade of 8.42%,Cu recovery of 91.10% and Co recovery of 92.18%.
