在借鉴魏江和葛朝阳在技术能力"平台—台阶"思想的基础上,探讨了学术团队核心能力动态成长路径。研究表明,学术团队核心能力的成长是能力各要素的持续性积累与总体能力从探索、积累、成熟到再探索的间断性跃迁两者相结合的作用结果。学术团队要实现生命周期内核心能力的本质提升,必须重视以上两个维度的协调发展,在实现团队内化知识量变的同时,完成整体能力的质变过程,从而实现团队成长平台内关键要素的协调发展与团队核心能力的本质提升。
Development of the core-competency of academic team is the process of sustainable increase of various capacity elements and the intermittent transition of overall capacity from exploration,accumulation,mature to re-explore.The paper based on ″platform-stage″ paradigm,explores the sustainable accumulation and intermittent transition of academic team's core competency and the coordination between the two processes.The coordination and matching of capability platform and stages in the process of core competence level development are also analyzed.At last the paper gives direct suggestions on how to realize the interaction between platform accumulation and stage transition of the core competency of academic team.
