建立了一种电位滴定法快速定量测定生物油中总酚含量的新方法.通过加标法考察了定量分析生物油总酚含量的准确性;通过5次平行性实验,考察了分析方法的精密性;通过向生物油样品中添加糠醛、乙酰丙酮和乙酸等,考察了生物油中醛、酮和酸等对所建分析方法的干扰影响.结果表明,所建立的分析方法具有高的可靠性和精密性;糠醛和乙酸的含量对分析结果没有干扰影响,而乙酰丙酮对分析结果具有一定干扰作用,但并不显著.
A new potentiometrie titration method, which is capable of quantitatively determina- ting the content of total phenols in bio-oil, was established. Its measurement accuracy and preci- sion were verified by standard addition method and the error analysis based on 5 repetitive meas- urements, respectively. The interference effect of content of aldehydes, acids or ketones on the quantitative analysis of total phenols by the established method was also surveyed by adding fur- fural, acetyl acetone or acetic acid into the bio-oil samples. The experimental results show that the established quantitative analysis method for the total phenols determination in bio-oil is quite satisfactory. Furfural and acetic acid didn't affect the quantitative analysis accuracy, while acetyl acetone had slight effect.
