英文摘要：

A new potentiometrie titration method, which is capable of quantitatively determina- ting the content of total phenols in bio-oil, was established. Its measurement accuracy and preci- sion were verified by standard addition method and the error analysis based on 5 repetitive meas- urements, respectively. The interference effect of content of aldehydes, acids or ketones on the quantitative analysis of total phenols by the established method was also surveyed by adding fur- fural, acetyl acetone or acetic acid into the bio-oil samples. The experimental results show that the established quantitative analysis method for the total phenols determination in bio-oil is quite satisfactory. Furfural and acetic acid didn＇t affect the quantitative analysis accuracy, while acetyl acetone had slight effect.
