建立了低地球轨道(low earth orbit,LEO)等离子体环境下,高压太阳电池阵收集电流的计算方法,计算获得了不同等离子体环境和卫星工作状况下,高压太阳电池的收集电流。分析表明,等离子体密度越高,温度越小,高压太阳电池收集电流非线性增加;同时,太阳电池收集电流随卫星功率和工作电压的增加而迅速增加。
This paper studies the calculation method of current collection effect of highvoltage solar arrays in low earth orbit(LEO)plasma environment,and investigates the collected current of high-voltage solar arrays in different plasma density,temperature and spacecraft power.The results indicate that the collected current of high-voltage solar arrays becomes higher for higher plasma density and lower temperature,and increases as the spacecraft power and voltage increase.
