The research of groundwater vulnerability is the basis of protecting groundwater. The article composed the developing course of the concept of groundwater vulnerability, summarized its assessment methods and research actuality at home and abroad, and pointed out some problems existing in the research of groundwater vulnerability and its researching prospect. Moreover, it can be provided some inspire for the persons who have studied the groundwater vulnerability.
