两种CCMPFC控制器的研究

PFC控制器在功率因数校正电路中起着重要作用,随着集成电路产业的发展,越来越多的PFC控制器芯片投入到市场中。PFC尺寸和性能都得到了提升,控制器芯片内部集成了数字补偿器。介绍并比较了UC3854和ICE3PCS03G两种CCM PFC控制器,分析PFC原理以及两个PFC控制器芯片的工作原理和基本功能;基于ICE3PCS03G控制器设计了一个PFC电路,对控制器的外围电路参数设计进行了分析。利用该芯片进行实验验证,保证了PFC功能和各次谐波分量,而且使用这个控制器大大降低了PFC变换器的设计成本。

英文摘要:

Power factor correction controller plays vital role in power factor correction circuit, with the development of IC industry, more and more PFC controllers come into the market. Their size and performance got raise, some controllers integrated digital compensation. Two power factor correction (PFC)controllers of UC3854 and ICE3PCS03G are presented, in continuous conduction mode (CCM), and their working principle, basic functions and PFC theory are analyzed at the same time. A typical application circuit design is present based on the ICE3PCS03G controller and the design of the key elements and peripheral parameters are explicated. The experiment based on the controller ICE3PCS03G not only guarantees the PFC function and all the harmonics components but also decreases the cost.
