为了减小开关磁阻电机( switched reluctance motor,SRM)再生制动运行时能量回馈对母线电压的冲击,对SRM再生制动过程进行分析,研究了再生制动能量对母线电压造成的影响,提出一种零电压保持开通的三步制动控制策略. 以一台三相开关磁阻电机为应用对象,阐述了所提方法的工作原理和实施办法. 研究结果表明该方法既可以产生必要的制动转矩,又能降低再生制动过程中的能量回馈对母线电压所造成的冲击,提高制动过程的可靠性和安全性. 仿真与实验验证了该方法的有效性和实用性.
In order to reduce the impact on the DC bus voltage in switched reluctance motor (SRM)drives when the motor works in the regenerative braking conditions, the regenerative braking process wasanalyzed, the regenerative braking energy on the impact of DC bus voltage was investigated, and a newcontrol strategy of three-step regenerative braking operation with zero-voltage loop hold was proposed. Theworking principle and implemented method of the proposed scheme were presented in details based on athree-phase SRM. The results show that the essential braking torque can be generated, the impact of brakingenergy feedback to the DC bus is reduced in the process of regenerative braking, and the reliabilityand security of the braking operation are improved. The simulation and experiment are carried out to verifythe effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method.
