The knowledge network is a key source of innovation. Knowledge feedback is a crucial aspect of the knowledge network; it is also a important way to innovate. This paper study the knowledge feedback of a SME of China during its internationalization. It shows that knowledge feedback is an important way to improve international competitive ability and innovative ability of Chinese corporation.
