本文采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件模拟了氨水GAX吸收式制冷循环中的氨分离过程,提出了增设中间再沸器模拟GAX氨分离过程的方法,并考察了中间再沸器的热交换效率、进出口位置和塔内采出物流流量对精馏塔的操作成本的影响。通过热集成度分析发现,增设中间再沸器的方法可以降低精馏和高温塔釜液换热过程的(火用)损失,从而提高系统的热集成度。增设中间再沸器后,塔釜热负荷、塔顶热负荷分别降低了10.51%和13.45%,系统热集成度提高了12.87%。
In this paper,Aspen Plus simulator was used to simulate water-ammonia separation system in GAX absorption refrigeration cycle.The method of setting middle reboiler was proposed, and the simulation of GAX ammonia separation was studied.The efficiency of heat exchanger, the position of inlet-outlet and flowrate of side product all affected the operating cost of the separator.The analysis of heat integration indicate that the exergy loss of separation and heat exchange decline by setting middle reboiler.As the result,the heat duty of bottom and top of separator decreased by 10.51%and 13.45%respectively,and efficiency of heat integration increased 12.87%.
