设计合成了一种螯型含磷衍生物及其稀土配合物,用1HNMR、13CNMR、红外光谱、元素分析以及差热-热重对结构及其组成进行分析和表征。在pH 7.0的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,使用紫外-可见光谱法对该系列稀土配合物与DNA的作用模式进行了研究。通过循环伏安法发现,该系列配合物在测定区间内为电化学活性物质。根据此特性设计以Re(pic)3L为杂交探针的DNA电化学传感器,发现该系列配合物可以识别发生在电极表面的杂交过程,并依杂交序列的不同作出相应的响应。
A claw type phosphorus-containing ligand and the rare earth complexes were synthesized. The structures of the ligand were confirmed via1 HNMR,13CNMR,infrared spectra,elemental analysis and differential thermal-thermogravimetric( TG). The action of this series of rare earth complexes with DNA were investigated at p H 7. 0 in Tris-HCl buffer solution. The series of complexes in the measurement range are the electrochemically active material. A DNA electrochemical sensor was designed. This series of complexes can recognize the occurrence of hybridization at the electrode surface,and obtain responds based on different situations and different hybridization sequences.
