从太原市白蜡树上采集的自然染病死亡的桑白盾蚧Pseudaulacaspis pentagona虫尸上分离获得一株病原真菌,菌株号为TYL001。经过形态观察和分子鉴定,该菌株为Simplicillium lanosoniveum。用该菌株5种浓度的孢子悬浮液(1.0×10^6孢子/m L、5.0×10^6孢子/m L、1.0×10^7孢子/m L、5.0×10^7孢子/m L、1.0×10^8孢子/m L)感染桑白盾蚧雌成虫,感染6d后,孢子悬浮液对桑白盾蚧的感染率分别为80.00%、83.33%、86.67%、90.00%、93.33%,说明该菌株对桑白盾蚧具有较强的感染力,且有浓度效应;感染症状出现的高峰期在72–120h之间,且孢子浓度越大,感染症状出现的越早;5种孢子浓度的感染中时IT50依次为106.95h、97.00h、91.46h、87.73h、79.38h,说明感染致病所用时间也具有浓度效应。本研究为生物防治桑白盾蚧提供了新菌种。
The entomopathogenic fungus Simplicillium lanosoniveum strain TYL001 was isolated from the naturally diseased Pseudaulacaspis pentagona collected from Fraxinus chinensis in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province of China, and identified based on morphological observation and molecular identification. The armored scale was inoculated with conidial suspension of the strain TYL001 in five concentrations(1.0×10^6conidia/m L, 5.0×10^6conidia/m L, 1.0×10^7conidia/m L, 5.0×10^7conidia/m L, 1.0×10^8conidia/m L). It was showed that after inoculation the infection rates of P. pentagona female adults reached 80.00%, 83.33%, 86.67%, 90.00%, and 93.33% respectively in six days with the five concentrations. It was indicated that the strain TYL001 has high infectivity against P. pentagona and showed that the infection rate increased with every increase of conidial concentration. The peak hours of infection appeared in 72–120h, and the higher conidial concentration the earlier symptom appearance. For the five conidial concentrations, the IT50 of the female adults was 106.95 h, 97.00 h, 91.46 h, 87.73 h, 79.38 h, respectively, indicating that the infection priority was correlated with conidial concentration. Our study provides a new strain for biological control of Pseudaulacaspis pentagona.
