Complexity science methodology does not negate reductionism simply, instead, it tran- scends and upgrades reductionism based on reductionism itself and its applications. Complexity science methodology unifies reductionism and Holism together, moreover it makes the whole and parts, the variety and unification, the order and disorder, the subject and object unified dialectically. Using the complexity science methodology as direct in scientific research, the principles below should be followed: holistic principle, human-first principle, duality principle and synthetic principle.
