并网逆变器是实现可再生新能源并网发电的关键设备。针对LCL滤波的并网逆变器,提出基于直接馈网电流闭环和滤波电容电压微分反馈的双环控制策略.其中为进一步增大系统阻尼,有效抑制系统振荡,在滤波电容电压微分反馈函数中采用软件方法串联了虚拟电阻。在理论分析的基础上建立了系统的线性控制模型,从而得出系统的特征方程,根据Routh—Hurwitz稳定判据分析了该控制策略下系统稳定的条件,给出了系统的根轨迹图形。仿真和实验结果验证了使用该控制策略。能有效实现LCL滤波并网逆变器的稳定运行,且具有高质量的并网电流波形和较高的功率因数。
Grid-connected inverter is important for renewable energy grid connected system.For grid-connected inverter with LCL filter, a new dual-loop control scheme based on direct grid current feedback and capacitor voltage feedback with virtual resistor is proposed.The system control linear model is developed by detailed theoretical analysis, and the characteristic equations are deduced.System stability analysis is presented based on the Routh-Hurwitz stability criterion.Simulation and experimental results prove that the proposed control scheme for grid-connected inverter using LCL filter is feasible, the improved waveforms of grid current and high in-grid power factor are achieved.
