为了研究大型水面船舶船-桨-舵干扰作用,探讨舵的布置设计原则,以某大型四桨两舵水面船舶为研究对象,采用雷诺平均纳维-斯托克斯(RANS)方法,基于滑移网格模型,建立了不考虑自由液面效应的船-桨-舵整体数值模拟计算模型,重点研究了舵的位置变化对螺旋桨水动力性能的影响.数值计算结果表明:对于四桨外旋船舶,外前桨的水动力性能对舵的横向和纵向位置移动不是很敏感,而内后桨则比较敏感;在一定范围内,内后桨的推力系数和扭矩系数随舵与船体中纵剖面的横向距离和纵向距离增大而减小.
In order to discuss hull-propeller-rudder interaction and the design principle for the rudder arrangement behind the propellers,a large ship equipped with four propellers and two rudders was studied.The hull-propeller-rudder interaction was simulated numerically based on Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) and sliding mesh method without considering the free surface effect.The current work was focused on the effect of rudder placement on propeller hydrodynamic performance.The numerical results show that for a large ship equipped with four right handed propellers,the hydrodynamic performance of the fore propeller is not sensitive to the longitudinal and transverse position changes,while the aft propeller′s hydrodynamic performance is sensitive;in a certain range,the thrust and torque coefficient of the aft propeller will decrease with the increase of the transverse distance between the rudder and midship longitudinal section,and also decrease with the increase of the longitudinal distance between the rudder and aft propeller disk.
