n recent years, scholars have conducted massive research on organizational learning, but what the factor that promotes or lead to the organizational learning consciousness or the learning behavior? What can the organizational learning bring for the organization? In this article, based on the predecessor's research, we establish a theoretical framework about the antecedents and consequences of organizational learning. The results and findings in this article may play an important role for the academia and managers in further understanding organizational learning.
