合成了一个以二茂铁及吖啶为信号单元、酰胺及硫脲基为氢键给体化合物1,并研究了其阴离子识别性质。在CH2Cl2溶液中,紫外光谱表明化合物1仅对AcO-、F-与H2PO4-有明显的光谱响应且形成1∶1络合物,其稳定常数为AcO-〉H2PO4-〉F-。荧光光谱表明,化合物1对AcO-有很好的荧光增强响应,而对F-与H2PO4-则显示荧光淬灭响应。电化学性质表明化合物1对这3种阴离子表现出电势负移响应,其移动大小顺序为F-〉AcO-H2PO4-。
A new ferrocene / acridine dyad bearing amide and thiourea donors for multiple signals sensing of anions has been synthesized and characterized. In CH2Cl2 solution,the UV- vis spectra results revealed that compound 1 showed only sensing of AcO-,F- and H2PO4- in a 1∶1 host∶guest stoichiometry binding model,with the binding constants of AcO- H2PO4- F-. Emission titrations revealed that compound 1 showed turn-on fluorescence response of AcO-,and turn-off fluorescence response of H2PO-4and F-. In contrast,the electrochemical experiment revealed that 1 showed significant change toward F- over AcO- and H2PO4-,with its redox potential a large negative shift.
