对交通运输部新近发布的《公路桥梁加固设计规范》有关粘贴钢板加固法、粘贴纤维复合材料加固法的一些条款进行探讨,通过一些算例及材料参数对比、分析。说明粘贴钢板加固受弯构件极限承载能力计算时按规范中的算法其结果不符合实际受力情况,钢板应力均远大于常用钢板屈服强度;极限承载能力计算不能反映加固构件分阶段受力的特点;碳纤维材料容许拉应变的三个限制条件有两个没有必要,可直接取0.007。
Through some instances and contrastive analysis of material parameters, the terms about structuremember strengthening with bonded steel plate and structure member strengthening with FRP of 〈 Specifications for Strengthening Design of Highway Bridges〉, which is newly released by the Ministry of Transport, were discussed.The result shows that as to bending member strengthening with bonded steel plate, the calculated results of specifications do not accord with practical stress state of steel plate, and steel plate stresses are all much larger than theyield strength of common steel plate in the ultimate bearing capacity. The calculation of ultimate bearing capacitycan't indicate characteristics of different stage loading in strengthening member. Two of three limiting conditions areunnecessary in permissble tensile strain of FRP , and the strain can be taken 0. 007 directly.
