田间自然条件下,在小麦越冬期对百农矮抗58、郑麦9023、周麦18、周麦22、郑麦7698、豫麦49的叶片和分蘖节取样,测定与抗寒性相关的生理生化指标.结果表明:与其他品种相比,百农矮抗58分蘖节和叶片中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及游离脯氨酸含量,POD活性整体高于郑麦9023、周麦18、周麦22、郑麦7698、豫麦49,相对电导率低于郑麦9023、周麦18、周麦22、郑麦7698、豫麦49.说明百农矮抗58的抗寒性较好,这些特点为其高产、稳产、广适奠定了生理基础;同时,百农矮抗58可溶性糖、电导率、脯氨酸含量变化规律较强,可以作为辅助鉴定半冬性小麦品种抗寒性的生理指标.
To determine some physiological and biochemical indexs related to cold-resistance use tillering node and leaves of Bainongaikang 58,Zhengmai 9023,Zhoumai 18,Zhoumai 22,Zhengmai 7698 and Yumai 49 in wheat overwintering period.The result showed that compared with Zhengmai 9023,Zhoumai 18,Zhoumai 22,Zhengmai 7698, Yumai 49,The soluble sugars,soluble protein,proline and peroxidase (POD) activity of Bainongaikang 58 were higher than those five cultivars.The relative conductivity were lower than those five cultivars,indicating Bainongaikang 58 had better cold resistance.These physiological characteristics established a foundation for high and stable yield and wide adaptability.Meanwhile,the change of soluble sugars,proline,relative conductivity which in Bainongaikang 58 are more regular.So,the soluble sugars,relative conductive,proline were usually as the guideline of cold hardiness.
