乙炔(C2H2)气体是运行电力变压器油中溶解的主要故障特征气体之一,能有效反映变压器的放电故障。气体传感器是在线监测油中溶解气体的核心。提出一种不同形貌结构的分层氧化锌(Zn O)纳米传感器,基于实验室平台研究其对变压器油中溶解气体C2H2的检测特性及气敏机理。结果表明:由于比表面积的提高,花状Zn O纳米传感器比棒状和颗粒状Zn O纳米传感器表现出更高的灵敏度和更快的响应特性,并保持良好的线性度和稳定性。该结果为高性能C2H2Zn O传感器的研究提供了的新思路。
Acetylene gas( C2H2) is one of the most important arc discharge characteristic gases dissolved in power transformer.The gas sensor technology is the key of online monitoring and analyzing gases dissolved in transformer oil.he detection characteristics of the gas sensor with various hierarchical Zn O nanostructures to the C2H2 gas dissolved in the transformer oil are investigated.The fabrication method and test procedure of the gas sensor are introduced.Then the gas sensing mechanism of the gas sensor is analyzed.Due to the high specific area,the hierarchical Zn O nanoflowers gas sensor shows higher gas response and lower operating temperature with rapid response-recovery time,compared to those of sensors based on Zn O nanorods and Zn O nanoparticles.These results present a feasible way to develop high-performance C2H2 gas sensor for practical application.
