测量了掺Er(3+)碲酸盐玻璃从紫外、可见到近红外的发光与激发光谱以及荧光寿命,发现1532 nm红外光与550 nm可见光的激发谱在波峰形状与峰值波长方面很相近;当Er(3+)离子浓度从0.5%增加到10%,可见发光与激发光谱强度减小,红外发光与激发光谱强度增强;寿命曲线展现出显著的能量传递现象。研究结果表明所观察到的现象为近红外量子剪裁发光现象;4I(9/2)、4F(9/2)、4S(3/2)与2H(11/2)能级的双光子、双光子、三光子、三光子近红外量子剪裁效率上限值依次为193.8%、184.8%、277.9%与272.6%。
The luminescence and excitation spectra Eom ultra-vlolet, lifetime of Er3+ doped tellurium glass are measured. It is found that the excitation spectra of 1532 nm infrared light and 550 nm visible light are very similar in peak shape and peak wavelength. When the concentration of Ers+ ions increases from 0.5% to 10%, the visible luminescence and excitation spectra intensity decrease, and those in infrared increase. The lifetime curve exhibits obvious energy transfer phenomena. Results show that the observed phenomenon is near-infrared quantum cutting luminescence. The up-limits of near-infrared quantum cutting efficiency of two-photons, two-photons, three-photons, threephotons corresponding to 419/2, 4F9/2, 4S8/2, 2H11/2 states are respectively 193.8%, 184.8%, 277.9%, 272.6%.
