根据仪表台的功能和造型建立了仪表台的系统化设计流程图。首先确定仪表台油泥模型,建立其A面,通过制定仪表台结构方案,确定A面的分块和断面,而后根据仪表台的技术要求建立仪表台的三维模型。接着对仪表台进行安装工艺的分析,人机工程、运动干涉、模块化装配工艺和强度刚度的仿真分析,以降低开发风险,减少试验次数。最后对仪表台的后续实验提出了进一步的技术要求。因此本文为仪表台设计提供了一个系统化的设计流程方法。
According to the function and style of dashboard,the systematic design flow chart is es- tablished.And then the clay model is defined,establishing the A surface.Through the structural plan, the different blocks of A surface and sectional surfaces are defined.The three-dimensional model of dashboard is built based on technical requirements.Simulation analysis is finished for installation process ,ergonomics, kinematic intervention and modular assembly process to reduce development risk and number of tests.Final- ly,follow-up experiments provide further technical requirements.The research designed instrument panel provides a systematic method for designing process.
