针对传统机械零件尺寸检测仪器存在的效率低、随机误差大、精度低等不足,提出了一种快速高精度尺寸检测仪的设计方案,该设计主要由仪器底座、校正装置、检测装置、水平仪、传送带及零件卸载装置等几部分组成。也详细的说明了该仪器的机械结构、检测光路的设计原理,并对系统误差进行了分析。通过试验得出该套仪器的检测合格率为0.95,较传统检测方案精确。因此该检测技术具有高效率、高精度、随机误差小的特点。将在我国零件检测研究领域中起着积极作用。
Since the traditional dimension measurement equipments for mechanical parts have some drawbacks such as low efficiency,high random deviation and low accuracy,a project is put forward to design a measuring instrument with high efficiency and accuracy.The project is mainly combined with the instrument base,correcting system,detecting system,level,conveying belt and parts unloading system.Moreover,the structure of the instrument,design principle of measuring optical path and the system deviation are illustrated in details.And it is being detected over the experiment with the qualified rate of 0.95 which is much more accurate than the traditional way.In a word,the instrument has such characteristics as high efficiency,high accuracy and low random deviation and thus it will play an important role in the field of parts detecting in our country.
