3d过渡金属四硼化物具有高体弹模量和硬度,是潜在的超硬材料,还体现出半导体、磁性和超导等显著特点,近年来备受关注。本文从合成方法、结构演变、性能特点等方面总结了近些年来关于3d过渡金属四硼化物的理论和实验研究进展,并指出此类材料研究需要解决的问题。
3d transition metal tetraborides (3d-TMB4 ) have attracted considerable attention because of their outstanding properties, such as great mechanical (relatively high bulk modulus and hardness ) , semiconducting, magnetic and superconducting properties. In this paper, the current advance in both theories and experiments of 3d transition metal polyborides ( TM = V, Cr, Mn, Fe and Co) were reviewed involving the synthesis methods, structural evolution and physical properties. Fundamental problems and potential applications of these materials were also proposed.
