处在强风沙流地段的混凝土结构会受到强风挟带沙粒的的冲蚀磨损,造成混凝土结构耐久性的降低。本文采用气流抉沙喷射法模拟戈壁风沙流环境,对不同砂子级配砂浆进行冲蚀磨损试验,研究冲蚀参数及砂子级配对砂浆冲蚀磨损性能的影响。试验结果表明,不同砂子级配砂浆在各冲蚀速度下.90°冲蚀时冲蚀率最高,而30°冲蚀时冲蚀率最低,与传统脆性材料的冲蚀规律相一致。砂浆试样所用砂子的级配影响其冲蚀率.砂浆试样所用砂子的级配越小,则其冲蚀率越大,级配越大,则其冲蚀率越小。不同砂子级配砂浆短期内的冲蚀机制主要为选择性冲蚀。
The concrete structure are seriously eroded by grains of sand carried by strong winds, causing the durability of concrete construction to reduce. In this paper, the erosion wear test of mortar samples with different sand grading were carried out by grit-blasting experiments, and the effect of impact parameters and sand grading on the mortar erosion wear were investigated. The results show that under different erosion speed for mortar samples with different sand grading, erosion rates were highest at 90° impact, and lowest at 30° impact, which was consistent with traditional brittle material erosion laws. The sand grading affect erosion rate of mortar samples, erosion rates were highest for low sand grading, and lowest for high sand grading. The erosion wear mechanism of mortars is selective erosion wear in the short term.
