将空冷、水淬方式热处理的X80钢与供货状态(原始组织)X80钢相比较,研究了不同组织X80钢在鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中的短期腐蚀行为。通过均匀腐蚀全浸试验和动电位交流阻抗谱对不同腐蚀周期试样表面腐蚀产物膜进行测试,利用体视显微镜和SEM对腐蚀形貌进行观察。结果表明:腐蚀28天后,经不同冷却方式处理的X80钢腐蚀速率高于供货态试样;三种组织的X80钢表面腐蚀产物膜的形成过程均表现为生长、破裂、再生长,腐蚀后期三者形成的产物膜均为内外两层,但它们的耐蚀性存在差异,这主要是由于其显微组织及表面腐蚀产物膜致密程度不同而导致的。
The short-term corrosion behavior of X80 steel in Yingtan soil simulated solution was studied by comparing the samples after heat treatment with air-cooled and water quenched and the one in supply state(original microstructure).Characteristics of the corrosion scales with different corrosion cycles were tested by uniform corrosion immersion and potentiodynamic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the corrosion morphology was observed by using the stereo microscope and SEM.The experiment results show that the corrosion rate of the X80 steel after heat treatment is higher than that of the supply state sample after corrosion for 28 days.The formation of corrosion products of the all samples with different microstructure are characterized by growth,rupture and re-growth,and the final corrosion products consist of inner layer and surface layer,but their corrosion resistance shows quite different which is due to the differences of the microstructure and the density of corrosion scale.
