采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚复配物为乳化剂,制备了氨基聚硅氧烷乳液(ASE),利用原子力显微镜和接触角测量仪等研究了ASE在单晶硅基质表面的膜形貌、亲疏水性能及应用性能。结果表明,制备的ASE外观透明,pH=6.55,固含量24.8%,粒径0.025μm;ASE可在单晶硅基质表面成膜,该膜较粗糙,均方根粗糙度0.124 nm;水在ASE/单晶硅表面的接触角为97.5;°ASE/CSE(羧基聚硅氧烷乳液)整理织物较之空白织物柔软性能大大提升,当ASE和CSE等质量复配后整理织物,综合应用效果好。
Amino polysiloxane microemulsion(ASE) was prepared by a blended nonionic surfactant composed of alkyl polyoxyethylene ethers.The film morphology and hydrophilic-hydrophobic properties as well as application performance of ASE on monocrystalline silicon wafer substrate were investigated by atomic force microscope and contact angle measuring instrument.Experimental results indicated that ASE has transparent appearance,with pH of 6.55 and the solid content of 24.8%.The average particle size of ASE was 0.025 μm.ASE formed a relative rough surface on the substrate with root mean square roughness of 0.124 nm.The contact angle of H2O on the film substrate achieves to 97.5°.Cotton fabric was finished by ASE together with carboxyl polysiloxane microemulsion(CSE) and softness of the fabric before and after the finishing treatment was measured and compared.The results indicated that the softness property of cotton textile can be upgraded with ASE/CSE significantly.When the mass ratio of ASE to CSE was 1∶1,best general application performance can be achieved.
