背景:由于既往认识的局限性,相当长一段时间内认为坏死为非程序性死亡,程序性死亡方式主要集中在凋亡上,因此神经元缺血后死亡方式基本上被分为坏死和凋亡。研究现状:近年来随着研究的深入,发现自噬性细胞死亡和程序性坏死等两种非凋亡性的PCD在神经元死亡中同样扮演了重要角色。研究用途:本文就神经元缺血缺氧性程序性死亡方式加10以综述,以便加深我们对缺血后神经元死亡机制的了解。
The manner of neuronal death after ischemia injury was divided to necrosis and apoptosis, and apop- tosis was the synonyms of programmed cell death, while necrosis was divided to non-programmed cell death for a long time. Recently, studies showed that autophagy and programmed necrosis, another wo non-apoptotic pro- grammed cell death, play an important role in neuronal death. Herein, we reviewed the rogress of the manner of ischemic neuronal death to promote our understanding.
