林业生态工程关乎西部乃至整个国民经济的可持续发展,其实施可持续性评价成为如何完善西部林业生态建设的重要环节。研究基于甘肃、广西、宁夏与云南四省768户农户调研数据,使用模糊综合评价与数据包络分析相集成的评价方法,综合评价西部林业生态工程建设,发现农户总体对工程实施可持续性评价较高,但存在区域可持续性发展不平衡的现象。基于此,提出＂维护农户利益＂、＂加大宣传力度＂、＂完善相关政策＂、＂各省相互借鉴＂四个方面的建议。
英文摘要：
Forestry ecological engineering concerns the sustainable economy development of western region,or even the whole nation. The evaluation of implementation sustainability was as an important part of how to perfect the forestry ecological construction in the western region. Based on the 768 farmer households survey data from four provinces of Gansu,Guangxi,Ningxia and Yunnan,using the integrated fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and data envelopment analysis,we evaluated the forestry ecological engineering construction in the western region comprehensively,and discovered that farmers assessment for engineering implementation sustainability was higher generally,but it existed the regional imbalance for sustainable development. Based on the results,we put forward the suggestions： safeguard the interests of the farmers,intensify the propaganda,and perfect the relevant policy.
