隧道衬砌结构在施工过程中,由于各种原因致使其尺寸不足给隧道安全运营埋下隐患,而传统的安全系数法只能检验结构设计的安全性,对于施工后的衬砌结构可靠性却无法判断,而且隧道衬砌可靠性的研究成果由于不同地区的地层存在较大的差异,故黄土隧道与其他地层的隧道在结构可靠性的研究成果可能会存在一定的不通用性。为此,提出以地质雷达探测为手段,从实际衬砌厚度入手,应用概率统计知识对运营中的黄土隧道衬砌结构可靠性进行评价,同时,提出在保证必要的结构可靠概率条件下,通过减少施工时的衬砌厚度来降低施工成本的思路。
During the construction process of the tunnel lining structure,all sorts of reasons result in size shortage,which gives tunnel security operations a hidden danger,and the traditional security coefficient method can only test the safety of the structure design,while it can not judge the reliability of lining structure after the construction.This paper also noted that the stratigraphic characteristics of different regions greatly differ from each other,so for the loess tunnel and the tunnel of the other strata,the reliability research may not be the same.Therefore,this paper offers the geological radar detection as the means,from real thickness of the lining,applies probability and statistics knowledge for operation of loess tunnel lining structure reliability to make evaluation,and at the same time,this paper puts forward an ided of reducing the construction cost,by reducing the thickness on condition that the necessary structure reliability ensured.
