研究了一种直接正交信号校正(DOSC)-小波包变换(WPT)-偏最小二乘法(PLS)(DOSC-WPT-PLS)的方法,用于测定不经分离时解析光谱严重重叠的Al(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅲ)和Cu(Ⅱ)混合物。该法将DOSC、WPT及PLS三种方法结合从而提高了获取特征信息的能力和回归质量。本文测定的3种金属离子可与3,5-二溴水杨基荧光酮和溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)在pH5.50的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中发生高灵敏度和低选择性的显色反应,形成有色三元络合物。设计了PDOSC WPTPLS程序来执行相关计算,并将3种化学计量学方法(DOSC-WPT-PLS、WPT-PLS、PLS)进行比较。
A method of direct orthogonal signal correction (DOSC)-wavelet packet transform (WPT)-partial least squares (PLS) (DOSC-WPT-PLS) was proposed for determining Al(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ) mixture which had severe spectra overlap without separation. This method has combined the ideas of DOSC, WPT and PLS together, thus improving the ability to obtain characteristics information and the quality of regression. These three metal ions could react with 3,5-dibromo-salicylfluorone and cetyl trimethylamine bromide (CTMAB) in the NaAc-HAc buffer solution at pH 5.50 to form coloured ternary complexes, which had high sensitivity and poor selectivity. A program PDOSCWPTPLS was designed to perform the correlative calculation. Moreover, three stoichiometric methods were compared, including DOSC-WPT-PLS, WPT-PLS and PLS.
