在分析永磁同步发电机工作原理的基础上,根据汽车用永磁同步发电机的特点及要求,对电机主要尺寸的确定、永磁体尺寸的确定、极弧系数的确定以及定子绕组的设计等电磁设计过程进行了详细分析。采用等效磁路的方法计算得到一台42 V汽车用永磁同步发电机的设计结果。并在此基础上,进一步分析研究该电机,得到功角关系曲线、功率与效率的关系曲线、极对数与效率的关系曲线、气隙长度与效率曲线。
On the basis of the principle of the permanent magnet synchronous alternators,the electromagnetic design was given and analyzed,including the computation of the main dimensions of the alternator,the permanent magnet dimensions,pole-arc coefficient and stator winding.The design of a 42 V permanent magnet alternator were presented using an equivalent magnetic circuit method.In addition,the relationship curves between the power and the power angle,between the power and the efficiency,between the efficiency and the number of pole pairs,and between the efficiency and the airgap length were analyzed and presented.
