以三氯氧磷、乙醇胺和甲基丙烯酰氯为原料,无水乙醚和二氯甲烷为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,合成了一种新型的水溶性磷氮纺织品阻燃剂——甲基丙烯酰氧乙基-N-二甲氧基磷酰胺(1),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR及IR表征。将1常规接枝整理到真丝织物上制得1-s;极限氧指数和炭长测定结果表明,1-s具有良好的阻燃性能。
A novel flame retardant,methacryloyl oxyethyl-N-dimethyl phosphoric amide(1),was synthesized from phosphorusoxychloride,ethanol amine and methacryloyl chloride using absolute ether and dichloromethane as the solvent,triethylamine as the deacid reagent.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,31P NMR and IR.1 was grafted to silk fabric to obtained 1-s via traditional grafting method.Limiting oxygen index and char length tests results showed that 1-s exhibited good flammability.
