使用分析纯试剂配制CaO-SiO2-MgO-Fe2O3四元基础渣系,调节渣中各成分质量分数,分析矿物相变化规律。将不同成分质量分数的渣样粉磨后进行粒度测试,结果表明:CaO和SiO2的加入使易磨的硅酸盐相所占比例增大,且随着CaO质量分数的增加,2CaO.SiO2(C2S)相边缘整齐,易于破碎;Fe2O3的加入使铁钙相及难磨的MgO.nFeO相增多,降低了钢渣的易磨性。
Quaternary synthetic slag system of CaO-SiO2 -MgO-Fe2 03 was prepared by analytical reagents. The mineral phases of the synthetic slags with different chemical compositions were analyzed, and the particle size of the slags were measured after milled. The results show that the ratio of silicate phase increases with the addition of CaO and SiO2 to the slag, and the edge of 2CaO .SiO2 (C4 S)phase presents tidy, which makes the slag easy to be broken. The adding of Fe.O3 leads to produce more 2CaO . Fe2O3 and MgO . nFeO phase, which decrease the grindability of steel slag.
