提出了由谐波电能计量单元(AD73360L+ADSP—BF533)、谐波电能主机功能单元(M30624FGPFP)和电源管理3个部分组成的三相多功能谐波电能表的构成方案。介绍了谐波电能主机功能单元的硬件/功能设计、主程序流程图,多功能谐波电能表通信遵循DL/T645—2007规约,给出了通信程序流程图。研制后的多功能谐波电能表实验表明,其性能及功能符合GB/T17883—1999和DL/T614—1997规定,测量准确度达到基波有功测量误差40.2%,基波无功测量误差≤1%,2~21次谐波电压测量误差≤2%、谐波电流测量误差≤5%、谐波相位测量误差≤5°,满足GB/T-14549—93的A类谐波测量仪器要求。
A three-phase multi-functional harmonic energy meter is designed, composed of measurement board(AD73360L+ ADSP-BF533), host function board(M30624FGPFP) and power supply management. The hardware and function design of host function unit and the main flowchart are introduced. The communication protocol observes the DL/T614 - 2007 and the communication flowchart is given. Experiments show that its performances and functions meets the requirements of GB/T17883- 1999, with the measurement error of fundamental active power less than 0.2 %, that of fundamental reactive power 1%, that of 2nd-21st harmonic voltages 2 %, that of harmonic current 5%, and that of phase angle 5%. It meets the accuracy requirement of the harmonic measurement instruments of class A according to GB/T - 14549 - 93.
