FoxQ1在不同级别脑胶质瘤组织的表达和临床意义

目的:研究FoxQ1在不同级别脑胶质瘤组织中的表达和临床意义。方法:在组织水平,使用免疫组织化学法检测92例不同级别胶质瘤组织中FoxQ1的表达,并分析FoxQ1表达与临床病理参数及预后的关系。结果:FoxQ1在34例低级别星形细胞瘤(WHOⅠ~Ⅱ级)、35例间变性星形细胞瘤(WHOⅢ级)和23例胶质母细胞瘤(WHOⅣ级)组织中的阳性表达率分别为:14.70%、65.71%和91.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=35.85,P<0.01)。胶质瘤组织中FoxQ1表达与WHO分级相关(P<0.05)。经Kaplan-Meier法生存比较,FoxQ1的阳性表达者比阴性表达者生存期短(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示FoxQ1表达是胶质瘤患者独立的预后指标。结论:FoxQ1异常表达可能参与胶质瘤的发生发展和预后相关,并有望成为评估胶质瘤预后的有效指标。

英文摘要:

Objective:To investigate the role of FoxQ1 in different grade Glioma and analyze the clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of FoxQ1 in 92 cases of glioma tissue, and then its relationship between clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results: hTe positive expression rate of FoxQ1 protein in 34 low-grade astrocytomas, 35 anaplastic astrocytomas, and 23 glioblastoma multiforme specimens were 14.70 %, 65.71 % and 91.30 % respectively (χ2=35.85,P<0.01). FoxQ1 expression had signiifcantly correlations with WHO grade (P< 0.05). hTe results of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that positive expression of FoxQ1 were associated with a worse survival (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis indicated that FoxQ1 expression was an independent prognostic factor for overall survival (P<0.05).Conclusion: hTe abnormal expression of FoxQ1 might be correlated with the development and progression of glioma. FOXQ1 might be an indicator to predict the prognosis of glioma.
