miRNAs是近几年分子生物学领域的研究热点,主要介导基因的转录后调控,进而对机体的生命活动产生广泛影响。miR-185首次在人神经母细胞瘤中被鉴别出来,并被定位于22q11.21。越来越多的研究发现,miR-185可通过靶向不同基因参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等生命过程。在细胞癌变、恶性肿瘤的发生以及脂质代谢中扮演着重要的角色,并被作为肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后相关的标志物之一。现主要对miR-185在恶性肿瘤、脂质代谢及糖尿病等方面的调节机制进行详细阐述,旨在为miR-185的生物学功能及作用机制的深入研究提供参考。
miRNAs, research focus of molecular biology in recent years, regulated genes at post-transcriptional levels to exert an influence on cellular activities of organism, miR-185 was identified firstly in human neuroblastoma cells, located in 22ql 1.21. Increasing number of studies have profiled that miR-185 was involved in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis by means of targeting different genes. It exerted a vital role in carcinogenesis, generation of malignancy and lipid metabolism, and was also considered as one of potential tumor markers of tumor therapy and prognosis. In this review, the regulation mechanism of miR-185 in malignant tumor, lipid metabolism and diabetes was elaborated, aiming to provide theoretical foundation of researching biological function and mechanism of miR- 185.
