生物介质低温介电谱是研究生物材料低温生态特性、了解介质内部低温微观现象,探寻生物材料低温保存方法的一种有效手段。基于数字示波器和数据采集卡设计了一套生物介质低温介电谱自动测试系统,实现生物介质的介电温谱(最低测量温度-100℃)和介电频谱(频率范围50Hz~1MkHz)的自动测量。以生理盐水为样品的实验表明,由该系统完成的介电温谱和介电频谱测量结果能够正确反映介质在不同条件下的介电特性,可以满足生物材料介电性能测试要求。
Low-temperature dielectric spectroscopy of biological materials is an important and effective method for studying cryo-ecosystem characterization, understanding cryo-microphenomenon, and developing a way for biological materials cryo-preservation. In this paper, automatic test system of a low-temperature dielectric spectroscopy for biological materials, based on digital oscilloscope and data acquisition card, was designed. It can beused to measure permittivity thermogram (the lowest test temperature -100 ℃) and permittivity spectrum (the test frequency range from 50 Hz to 1MHz) . 0.9% NaCl solution as a sample was tested, the results indicated that the system can meet the test requirements, and can be used to study the dielectric characteristics of biological materials.
