串联电弧故障是引发电气火灾的关键原因。为了得到可靠数据源及更全面地认识电弧电流信号特性,按照UL1699、GB14287.4标准搭建了实际用电环境电弧故障实验平台。依据实验结果,利用相空间重构算法将电弧电流信号引入高维空间进行分析,并做出了阻性、阻感性负载的三维相图。采用小数据量法计算了串联电弧电流信号的最大李雅普诺夫(Lyapunov)指数。综合分析三维相图和最大李雅普诺夫指数,证明了低压串联电弧电流信号存在混沌特征,有望通过电流的混沌特性找出新的电弧故障诊断方法。
Series arc fault is the key cause of electrical fire hazard. In order to obtain reliable data sources and a more comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of arc fault current, the experimental platform of actual e- lectricity environment arc fault is set up according to the UL1699 and GB14287.4 standards. Depending on the ex- perimental results, the arc current signal is introduced into the high dimensional space by using the phase space re- construction algorithm, and the three-dimensional phase diagram of the resistive and resistive-inductive load is con- structed. The maximum Lyapunov exponent of series arc current signal is calculated by using the small-data meth- od. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the three-dimensional phase diagram and the maximum Lyapunov expo- nent, it is proved that the chaotic characteristics exist in the low voltage series arc current signal, and it is expected to find out the new arc fault diagnosis method by the chaotic characteristics of the current.
