研究了热处理对Zr-4样品在360℃/18.6MPa/0.0lmol/L LiOH水溶液中耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:经过β水淬处理的样品耐腐蚀性能最好,腐蚀210d后的增重与ZIRLO和N18合金的相当,氧化膜表面黑色光亮;β水淬后经冷轧再加热到580-750℃退火处理的样品,它们的耐腐蚀性能都不如脉淬处理的样品,但是在退火的温度范围内,样品的耐腐蚀性能随处理温度的升高而提高。讨论了热处理对Zr-4合金耐腐蚀性能影响的机理,认为不同热处理改变了Fe+Cr在α-Zr中的过饱和固溶含量是引起耐腐蚀性能差别的主要原因。
The corrosion behavior of Zircaloy-4 specimens with different heat-treatments was investigated by autoclave tests in 0.01 mol/L LiOH aqueous solution at 360 ℃/18.6 MPa. Results showed that the β-water-quench specimens possesses the best corrosion resistance, which weight gain is comparable to that of ZIRLO and N18 alloys with bright black oxide films after exposure for 210 d. When reheated at 580-750 ℃ then fl water quench and cold rolling, the corrosion resistance of the specimens increase with increasing the heat-treatment temperature, but all are worse than that of β-water-quench specimens. The solid solution contents of Fe and Cr in α-Zr can be affected by heat treatment, and will be responsible for the difference of corrosion resistance for different heat treatments.
