孔庄矿-785轨道大巷底臌剧烈,最大底臌量达70cm,严重影响巷道的正常使用。从巷道围岩物理力学性质、矿物成分组成、应力状态以及原支护形式的特征,分析了影响巷道底臌的主要因素并进行了底臌机理的研究,提出了底角锚杆支护的控制措施,并结合有限差分法三维数值模拟优化了支护设计参数。通过工程实践表明,方案实施效果良好,有效控制了巷道底臌。
Serious floor heave of the haulage tunnel at -785m level, that the maximum value arrives to 70cm, is a great problem in Kongzhuang coal mine, which impact the normal application of roadway severely. To analyse major control factors that lead to floor heave and research the mechanism of floor heave due to the physicomechanical properties, stress situation and mineral association of the surrounding rock, to put forward a control project that fix the anchor in the floor, and to optimize the design parameters based on the result of numerical simulation. In-situ measurement shows that good result of controlling the floor heave is obtained with the scheme.
